Feel free to contact them, if you see violations of the Tibia Rules. Nevertheless keep in mind that they are usually pretty busy and have limited abilities to help you.

Also, we would like to remind you: Do not install any software which is offered by other players. Many of these tools (map viewers, player lists, etc.) contain mechanisms to steal your Tibia character. So please be careful because we cannot compensate you for your loss.
