acked accounts and lost passwords are still a problem in Tibia. Therefore we want to remind you that you should pay attention to sensitive data. Do not download any Tibia tools from other sites! They may include virus programs which will steal your characters. In case you got hacked use anti-virus programs and a firewall to protect your computer. Here are some further hints to follow. It is easy to protect yourself!

Since January 15th it is not possible anymore to transfer characters between accounts. We will not offer this service again. Please just create one account for all of your characters and do not share your account with other players.

There are still many characters that have not been assigned to any account since the introduction of the accounts last July. You can assign such characters to your account only until March 31st. After this date we will delete all characters that are not included in any account. Do not ask for any old character passwords. We only retrieve lost account passwords.

Finally the work on the new Premium Account features make fast progress and will be offered in a few weeks.
