f you and some friends are seriously interested in organising and holding a convention for other Tibia players, then you should send us an application at [email protected] until October 20th. It should contain the following information:

Name and age of your team members and the name of the leading organiser

Date of the convention

Place of the convention

Description of the place and its features to accommodate 100 or more persons, some photos would be useful

Plan to provide your guests with all necessary things like food, drinks, sanitary facilities etc., including who of your team will do what

Price for participating at the convention including accommodation, food, and drinks

Program for the convention including entertaining events

Note that this means much work for you, even at the convention itself. You have to handle many people and many problems to hold a successful convention. You do it as a player for other players.

We will check the applications until October 22nd and support one or more as official conventions via this website as we did it this year.

You can use the convention board to discuss this topic with other players.
