ersonalisation is a new security feature offered to all Tibia players with Premium Accounts. It will enable them to get back their accounts whenever they lose access.

By personalising your account, you, the one and only rightful holder of your account, will create a lasting bond between your account and your person. Once you have entered your personal data, you will always be able to prove that you are the rightful holder of this account by sending a copy of your passport or identity card to us. Moreover, you will receive a recovery key which will enable you to instantly get back your account in case you should ever lose access.

If you have lost access to your account, please proceed to the Lost Account Interface and follow the instructions. You will either have your account number or password sent to you by email (this feature is open to all accounts), or if this should prove impossible, you will receive a form which you have to print out and send to us via postal services along with a copy of your passport or identity card. After a transitional period, inquiries by email will not be supported anymore.

Therefore we strongly suggest that all owners of Premium Accounts use this feature and personalise their accounts. When you log into your account, you will find an appropriate hint at the top of the page.
