Therefore, we would like to remind you again that it is in your own interest to use the personalisation feature as this will greatly increase the safety of your account. Please note that from September 1st, we will no longer process any email inquiry concerning lost accounts.

Please take this matter serious and personalise your account correctly. As there have been a number of incorrect personalisations, we will give you the opportunity to correct wrong or nonsensical entries within the next week. Please pay attention and enter the data exactly as it is stated in your passport. We have added further explanations as well as exemplary entries in order to avoid misunderstandings.
