e found a solution for those of you who did not receive the new password of their account by email or who cannot get access to their email account: From Friday, September 26th until Monday, October 6th we will offer a web interface where you can enter your account number and old password as well as a new email address to which we should send the new password. Moreover we will ask you some questions about your characters only the rightful owner can answer. After that period we will check the inputs and send the passwords to the new email addresses.

Nevertheless, we advise you to read yesterday's news to find some hints on how you can perhaps help yourself and get your password immediately. Moreover, please note that we cannot offer any individual email support at this time. Watch this page for coming information instead.
