Passwords Sent to Email Address in Change

any players did not receive our email with the new passwords and recovery keys. Therefore we sent again the account data to the new email address of all accounts at which the player wanted to change the email address the account is registered to. Of course you do not get this second email if you have already logged in since the hacking incident.

FAQ. We regret to say that we cannot help you through individual email support concerning account problems or hacking. In principle, please use the
Lost Account Interface in such cases. Of course you can also use the web interface mentioned in the latest news if all other possibilities fail to help you.
