Test Server for PvP-Enforced Game Worlds
Jun 23 2004 CEST
gain it is time to test a new feature for Tibia. In the course of next week we will introduce a new type of game world that includes modifications concerning player vs. player combat. On these game worlds the killing of characters is always justified. Therefore, characters will not receive skull marks anymore and there is no automatic banishment for player killing. Moreover, under certain circumstances characters will gain part of the experience points which their killed combatant has lost. The lower the level of the killer compared to the level of the victim the higher is the part of the experience points the killer will gain. No experience will be gained if the victim is member of your party or if the killer has a 10% higher level than the victim. The delay to cast aggressive spells is lowered to one second and the spell "cancel invisibility" will destroy applied stealth rings with a probability of 20%. Finally, blessings or amulets of loss are not available on PvP-enforced game worlds.
In the next days you can join the test server to check out this new type of game world. Simply check the test server login box at the network options of your client and login with your usual account data. Please report any bug to a tutor, counsellor or gamemaster.
Update: The test for PvP-enforced game worlds has ended and therefore the test server was closed. Thanks for all bug reports!
