esterday one of the central databases caused serious problems for all game worlds. Therefore the website and several game worlds were not available for a few hours. The problem has been solved by the technical staff in the meantime. No game world had to be reset due to this problem. Please note that the game world Harmonia was reset due to a different problem. Please understand that we cannot offer compensation of any kind. We sincerely regret the inconvenience.

To avoid similar problems in future and to effectively cope with the rapid growth of Tibia we will massively invest in improved database systems!
