n one of our last votings we have asked you for your opinion about the newly introduced monster raids. Most players said they would like them to occur more often and in a wider variety. We came up with the idea to introduce monsters operated by chosen players called event managers. Similar to the famous Ferumbras, the human-controlled monsters will appear randomly on the servers and can either bring death or rare items to the players that cross their way.
The event managers will obtain a character with special abilities like conjuring monsters and items and extra spells. It is a full-time job paid according to the German pay scales. Applicants have to be prepared to control monsters 40 hours every week and should be aware of the fact that this might no be as easy as it may sound at first sight. You always have to be able to be cheerful, funny or scary depending on what is needed, no matter how you feel yourself. So strong nerves are really important here.
Applicants should have played Tibia for at least 6 months, have a character of at least level 20 and should understand English well. Also the criminal record should not contain any entries, however, namelocks are acceptable. Players should show the necessary maturity to fulfil such an important position. Creativity, organising ability and experiences in good role playing are further advantages.
