any European players (especially from Scandinavia and Poland) are experiencing massive lag on our German game servers since some time now. The reason for this situation is a change in the routing policies between some major internet carriers in Europe. As a consequence a large part of all internet traffic in Europe is routed over America, resulting in very bad network latency and massive game lag.

Please understand that we have no direct influence on the routing policies between the European internet backbones. Nevertheless we will try to find a way to improve the situation within the next days. We are very sorry for the inconvenience and thank you for your patience.

Update: Our German internet provider and some other backbone providers set up a new solution for the connections from Scandinavia and Poland. Therefore the lag on our European game servers is now gone.
