nfortunately, players on several German servers have experienced lags and kicks in the last days. The problem has not been caused by CipSoft or our provider but lays with one of the carriers on the way from your home to our game servers. We were informed that this carrier will raise its capacity today to resolve these problems. Due to the conversion, further heavy lags and kicks are expected today, October, 25th, between 17:45 and 18:45 CET. The affected servers are:

Arcania, Askara, Berylia, Celesta, Elysia, Furora, Galana, Guardia, Harmonia, Inferna, Iridia, Morgana, Nebula, Obsidia, Pandoria, Premia, Refugia, Saphira, Selena and Thoria

So better do not jump into the annihilator around that time!
