s we have already announced here last week, we have launched our new Tibia payment system today. The new system allows Tibia players to order a single premium time period or to set up a subscription either for 30 or 90 days. To order premium time via the Tibia payment system, players simply need to log into their accounts and click on "Add Premium Time". In the beginning, the Tibia payment system will only be available for credit card payments from Sweden, Germany and France. Also, players can only order premium time for their own accounts. To buy premium time from another country, by using another payment method, or for a friend, players can use the payment service of element 5 as always. With the introduction of the new payment system, we have also changed some terms used on our website. You will buy premium time now instead of a Premium Account. No matter if you order via element 5 or the Tibia payment system, you will buy 90 Days Premium Time now and no longer a Tibia Premium Account for 3 months (90 days).
However, also the term premium account still exists. In contrast to a free account, a premium account is an account to which premium time is assigned and which offers special premium features to its holder. We have decided for this change as the new wording is much more exact in its meaning and should therefore also be easier to understand.
