ave you ever mourned for one of your characters that was automatically deleted because you did not log into the game with it for some time?

Well, such an event is now a thing of the past if premium time or a paid extra service has been bought at least once for an account. In that case, it will not be deleted at all. What a relief!
We have also updated the account deletion process for accounts for which neither premium time nor a paid extra service has been bought. For example, just logging on to your account page or into the game with any of your characters within a certain period of time will avoid an automatic deletion of your account and all its characters. Furthermore, we have added a "Terminate Account" button in the General Information section on your account page which allows you to schedule your account for deletion. More information on this topic can also be found in the FAQ section.
