Issue with Premium Scroll Transfers

urrently, some players may encounter a serious issue if they try to transfer Premium Scrolls into the game. If all of the following circumstances apply to your account, you may be affected by this issue:
In your account management, you have Premium Scrolls available which you directly paid by credit card via the Tibia payment system or Element 5.
In addition, you also have Premium Scrolls available which you paid by any other payment method apart from credit card: e.g. bank transfer via Tibia payment system, PayPal via Element 5, game code via a reseller.
If both points apply to you, and you try to transfer Premium Scrolls into the game, some of the Premium Scrolls may vanish in the process. This means that you will neither receive them ingame in the purse of the selected character nor will the scrolls be available anymore in your account management.
Of course, we are already working feverishly to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. Also, rest assured that all Premium Scrolls lost due to this issue will be recovered. We are able to identify all affected players automatically, and will recover their lost scrolls as soon as possible.
