I found a hidden entrance in the slums of Liberty Bay. It leads to a secret cave system which is connected to the sewer tunnel. Many shady characters and creatures are gathering there.
It seems that this place is a meeting point for several gangs and other criminals.If I got it right, they are buying and selling on the black market there, but also doing illegal bets and brutal fighting matches.
I do not know if Percy Silverhand is either oblivious to these events or does nothing to crush this scum. In any case, I doubt King Tibianus would be amused...
